Mr. Galdieri founded Trident Aircraft (Trident) in 2005 with a single aircraft purchased with $5,000 of his own money and a loan from Centreville National Bank. Due to his efforts and leadership Trident has seen 7 years of continuous grow averaging in excess of 100% growth per year. Mr. Galdieri's 5 year plan for Trident was to have 5 aircraft operating at 2 airfields. When 2010 came the Trident fleet exceeded 25 aircraft and was operational at 4 airfields in 2 different states. Trident and it's family of aviation based companies including: Trident Aircraft Maintenance and Trident Aircraft leasing now employ 28 people and offer a vast array of aviation services.

Accounting Manager

Has held financial accounting and customer support functions in specialized small businesses for over 27 years. Currently, she is engaged in the administrative, operational and bookkeeping functions for Trident Aircraft and Trident Aircraft Maintenance. Headquartered in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland, Trident has expanded business operations from pilot instruction to aircraft leasing and maintenance. This growth necessitated the acquisition of technology and software to manage the business, provide customer support and meet regulatory requirements. Debbie worked with the Trident team to implement industry specific software to enable business operations and proactive communication with aircraft owners relating to upcoming FAA mandated inspections and maintenance.

Prior to Trident Aircraft, Debbie help bookkeeping and supply chain roles for a custom residential and commercial builder in Pennsylvania. In this role, she helped implement accounting software specific to construction and Debbie’s duties included all the bookkeeping functions including general ledger maintenance and reports which were provided to outside Accountants.


Trident Aircraft Maintenance Employees

TAM rarely turns down any opportunity to acquire new business or take on new projects with current or potential customers. Due to growth in new business as well as a high demand for maintenance over the past 36 months, TAM has had to increase its staff considerably. The shop currently employs 5 maintenance technicians, 1 full time parts specialist, and 2 office staff managers/accountants.

A&P Mechanic, 28 years old, graduate and valedictorian from Aviation Institute of Maintenance. Resident of Annapolis, Father of three (Cody,12) (Cadence,7) (Aden,6) Employee of Trident Aircraft Maintenance since 2012.
